With a background that includes over 25 years in varied leadership roles in the Pallet Industry, as well as many years as a Technical and Production Manager in the tire industry, Shaun brings experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Manufacturing Excellence and Continuous Improvement to BirchStone Management.
Shaun’s objectives for BirchStone include developing leadership and leveraging business information and analytics to help place the company at the leading edge of the industry in terms of quality of service.
Shaun values integrity and tenacity as characteristics that embody the goals and objectives of BirchStone and will ultimately ensure the ongoing success of the company and its customers.
Family is important to Shaun and, when not occupied with some family activity, he can be found either working on a home project or enjoying a round of golf.
